What is Battery Ready Solar?

The best of both worlds! A hybrid battery system gives you the potential to combine your solar grid connection and energy battery storage.  Put simply, use the energy your solar produces in the day and the energy from your batteries at night.

 

How Does it Work?

• Your solar panels produce energy that you can use to power your home. 

• Any energy that is not used is stored in your batteries to use at your discretion. 

• You can choose when to use grid power or when to use self generated, stored power. 

• No need to sell it back to the grid for 6c!

• It can also act as a power backup in the case of grid failure, unstable grid voltages or power outages.

 

How is it Battery Ready?

• Battery ready simply means that your inverter is ready to be hooked up to batteries.

• You don't have to add batteries straight away.

• You can add 1 battery at a time and build up your battery bank over time.

• Many inverters on the market are not able to be hooked up to batteries.
